Open Afternoon to review pupils learning this term

We warmly invite you to our Open Afternoon at Giles Junior. This event gives parents and carers the opportunity to see how your child has been learning this term, share in their progress and celebrate the skills they have been developing across the curriculum.

During the afternoon, you will be able to visit your child's classrooms and view a range of work, including writing, maths tasks, science and topic activities. Teachers will be on hand to explain what pupils have been learning, how it links to the national curriculum, and what we are focusing on next to build confidence and secure understanding.

We look forward to welcoming you and working together to support your child’s learning. Please come along, take time to talk with staff and hear directly from pupils where relevant. If you have any questions before the event, please contact the school office and we will be happy to help.

This event complements Parent Consultations which are in two weeks time.
